The location was great for me because it was very close to the historic center of San Marino, as well as a supermarket and restaurants.

I truly enjoyed that the room was well heated and nice with a good shower, airco and a patio to sit out. I was there for the trip and had a fairly nice stay, so I would come here again.

The room was comfortable, the location was quiet and near the mountains, and I enjoyed the restaurant here. My request for a superior queen room with air conditioning, a patio, and a good shower was met, resulting in a perfectly pleasant stay.

A typical family hotel with rooms in seperate little houses in a beautiful garden with a good restaurant with good value for money.
The obligation of swimming with a pool cap. And personally there were too many Dutch people for me.

The value for money was great, and the room was simple but comfortable. The location was ideal with a funicular just a short drive away, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

The location is great, olive trees all around. Very relaxing stay. The staff is helpful and polite, speaking several languages. The restaurant- pizzeria makes really good pizzas. I liked the patio with a table and chairs outside our chalet, which was perfect for our light breakfast or for playing cards in the evening. There is a mini-market in the Residence, which gives you the choice whether to eat always at the restaurant or prepare something by yourself. I recommend this Residence if you want to enjoy the countryside and you want to have a few days of breaks from traffic and stressful city-life.
The swimming pool was over-crowded but we stayed in Hotel Garden in the busiest time of the year, so I am sure that it is not always like that. The mattresses need improvement, but it was compensated by the peace and tranquillity of the place.

Just down the hill from the hotel, the historic center is easily accessible. We loved being able to explore the charming streets and sights with a short walk. The location of this hotel in such a beautiful and big garden was absolutely delightful. It provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great shower that helped us unwind after a long day of exploring. The patio outside our room was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. In addition, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay, and breakfast was just what we needed to start our day.
No major complaints, everything was okay.

big room, all the facility are good, staff is so nice and can speak good english. swimming open for all customer.
if you take the Remini-San Marino Express bus, you should get off in the middle. if you want to go to the castle on the mountain, you have to take the local bus for that. It is really a very very nice place, but only suitable for the people who drive by themselves.

the hotel restaurant and the pool.
too many rules and regulations on how to use the pool, not enough of a fun approach to their swimming pool use. The place was full of children who had to wear skull caps and be very sedate! Not a holiday resort attitude to their pool use.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
